Terms and Conditions
1. Engagement
1.1 By using the services of Pink Design Ltd, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Services Offered
2.1 Pink Design Ltd exclusively provides graphic design and marketing services on a retainer basis with a minimum monthly spend of €500.
2.2 We are committed to delivering high-quality services and exceptional value to our clients.
3. Retainer Services
3.1 Clients are required to engage our services on a retainer basis, ensuring a minimum monthly expenditure of €500.
3.2 Retainer fees are billed on a monthly basis and must be paid within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Direct debit option is available. Further work can be billed separately.
4. Cancellation Policy
4.1 Cancel any time. However, clients are required to provide three (3) months' notice if they wish to cancel our services.
5. Payment
5.1 All invoices are to be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified on the invoice.
5.2 Failure to pay invoices within the specified time frame may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 Pink Design Ltd is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and project details.
6.2 We will not disclose any sensitive or proprietary information to third parties without the client's explicit consent.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property and creative work produced by Pink Design Ltd remains the property of Pink Design Ltd until full payment is received.
7.2 Upon full payment, clients will receive the necessary rights and licenses to use the deliverables as outlined in the project agreement.
8. Liability
8.1 Pink Design Ltd is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred as a result of the use or misuse of our services.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
9.1 Pink Design Ltd reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified well in advance of any changes.
